The spacious first floor of the house features a large entry and hallway with a living room to accommodate 6, dedicated dining room for 10, and eat-in kitchen. The kitchen was recently designed and renovated by a local interior designer and features beautiful appliances and tile. Access to the back yard and rear parking area is through the kitchen. There is also a half bath cleverly located under the front stairs.
*Please note that all bedrooms are on the second and third floors. No bedrooms are on the main floor.*
The second floor features two (2) bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a queen bed, exposed brick, large walk-in closet, and updated bathroom with double vanity and a large, walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features two (2) queen beds with private bath access. The shower is a converted claw foot tub. Please note you will need to be able to step into the tub to shower.
Laundry facilities are available for your use, and also located on the second floor at the top of the stairs.
The third floor of the house features two (2) additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and futon that converts into a full-size bed. Additional pillows, sheets, and blanket are in the closet for the futon. There is also a dedicated workspace.
